Crystal Lambert
Volunteer Chair
Crystal is a NY native, currently living in Clayton with her husband and two children. She has 15+ years of experience working with non-profits. Crystal developed a strong sense of devotion to the non-profit sector with a primary focus on Equine therapy. She's experienced first- hand how horses can change lives and enjoys helping others have similar experiences. |
Odofoley Oquaye
Program Development Chair
Odofoley was raised in Raleigh, NC, where she still resides with her husband Ron. She has worked with local youth since 1999 and really enjoys all aspects of it. While her career is in the technical field and has been since 2013, she enjoys travel and learning about up and coming travel technology. She enjoys helping Walk in My Shoes with their development plans to continue enhancing their program. |
Tammy Wood
Public Relations Chair
Tammy is a Johnston County native and grew up in the Princeton area. She now resides in Smithfield with her husband Jay, three dogs and a cat. They have two adult children and one sweet granddaughter who loves horses as much as her "Tilly". Tammy is the Senior Benefits Analyst for Johnston Health and enjoys helping her teammates and community. She is blessed to have two horses, Tank and Doc who enjoy visits to the hospital and hospice house. They too, like to brighten someone's day. Tank is also used for Walk in My Shoes riders and is Tammy's trail buddy. Tammy loves being part of Walk in My Shoes, as it allows her to combine her love of horses with assisting those with special needs. Tammy says "This program is a wonderful benefit for our community and I am honored to be part of it". |
